Let’s Work Together

Interested in psychotherapy? I currently see clients in person in East Nashville and by video (Telehealth clients must reside in Tennessee or any of the other states currently participating in the PSYPACT agreement). Currently, my session fees are $165 for 50-minute individual therapy appointments and $185 for 75-minute couples and family therapy appointments. I also offer a limited number of reduced fee spots. Contact me using any of the methods listed here to learn more about whether we would be a good fit (or to request extra help finding other psychotherapy options that may match your current needs).

Interested in consultation? I value collaboration with other mental health providers— it enriches the quality of therapy and helps with burnout. Whether you’re a trainee or seasoned clinician, feel free to reach out with questions or wisdom related to any of my specialties.

No Surprises Act

As of January 1, 2022: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your healthcare provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
